For teams outgrowing the standard plans.

Bigger deployment. Same two engineers.

When you're ready to consolidate a pile of vendors, or you need capacity and terms the standard tiers don't cover, you don't get routed to a bigger call center. You get direct access to the two people who designed and built AUHMS, a security architecture we'll walk you through in plain language, and an agreement that doesn't lock you in.

Founder-led, even at bigger scale. No call center, no ticket roulette.

Who this is for

Built for the operators actually asking us to grow with them.

We're not chasing logos we can't back up. This page is for the businesses genuinely outgrowing a single vendor and needing more capacity, more control, and someone who actually answers.

Hosting resellers & providers

Running your own hosting business on top of ours? We'll size dedicated capacity and provisioning to your growth curve, not a generic tier.

Agencies managing client infrastructure

Consolidate the servers, domains, and hosting you manage for clients into one dashboard and one bill instead of a vendor per client.

Communities scaling past one node

Outgrown a single game server? Move to dedicated hardware and multi-node capacity without losing the panel you already know.

Anyone consolidating a pile of vendors

Replace five logins and five invoices with one platform, wired together, that you can actually leave if it stops working for you.

Security architecture, described honestly

Here's exactly how it's built. Not a badge — the engineering.

We haven't completed formal third-party certifications, and we won't tell you otherwise. What we can show you is the real architecture underneath the platform — isolated tenant data, enforced role permissions, encrypted secrets, cryptographically verified infrastructure commands, and an audit log tracking the actions that matter. The same architecture behind every AUHMS deployment — there's no watered-down tier.

Tenant isolation

Client-facing queries are scoped to the account they belong to, enforced in code and checked by an automated gate before it ships — not left to a shared table and hope.

Role-based access control

What a staff member or client can see and do is explicit and enforced by role — not assumed, and not left to convention.

Encrypted secrets

High-sensitivity credentials — SSL certificate private keys, out-of-band access passwords, automated certificate-issuance account keys, and agent signing keys — are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, not sitting in a plaintext config file waiting to become a support ticket.

Signed, verified commands

Agent commands can be cryptographically signed and verified against the exact bytes received, with protection against replay — enforced by default on the relay path, and available fleet-wide for any operator who turns it on. Not just trusted because it came over a private link.

Why direct access matters at scale

The bigger the deal, the more you need someone who picks up.

Most vendors put their biggest accounts behind an account manager who relays questions to an engineer you'll never actually talk to. We skip the relay. When something needs a real answer, you're talking to one of the two people who designed the system — not a queue you wait in.

Consolidation, without the trap

Replace five vendors with one platform. Leave whenever you want.

Bigger accounts usually mean bigger contracts and bigger switching costs. We built the opposite: one platform to replace the pile of tools you're reconciling today, with terms that don't punish you for leaving.

1

Tell us what you're running today

The vendors, the servers, the domains, the parts of your stack that don't talk to each other. No sales deck — a real conversation with the engineers about what you actually have.

2

We map a consolidation and migration plan

A concrete plan for moving your services, domains, and billing onto one login and one invoice — including what moves first and what can wait.

3

You move over with hands-on help, at your pace

Migration support from the people who built the platform, not a generic runbook. And if it ever stops working for you, you leave — no long lock-in standing in the way.

Custom & dedicated infrastructure

When the defaults don't fit, we build around you.

Outgrowing shared capacity or a standard plan? We work through dedicated hardware, custom provisioning, and capacity planning directly with you.

Dedicated hardware, sized to you

Capacity planned around your actual growth curve, not the nearest pre-set tier.

Custom provisioning workflows

Automation adjusted to match how your operation actually works, not a one-size template you bend around.

Colocation & hybrid setups

Bring your own hardware into the mix alongside what we host for you, on the same panel and the same bill.

A direct line to the roadmap

Bigger accounts get a real conversation about what we build next — not a feature-request form that disappears into a backlog.

SLAs and compliance, stated plainly

A real commitment in writing. An honest answer on compliance.

We'd rather tell you exactly where we stand than dress up a promise we can't back up.

SLA commitments, in your contract

For bigger accounts, we'll put specific uptime and response-time commitments in writing as part of your agreement — a contractual promise you can hold us to, not a marketing badge with no teeth.

Compliance: on our roadmap, not claimed today

We haven't completed formal compliance certifications, and we're not going to tell you we have. What we will do: walk you through the real architecture above, complete your security questionnaire honestly, and work toward the certifications that matter to your business as we grow.

Tell us what you're running. We'll tell you exactly what we can do.

No sales deck, no inflated promises — just a direct conversation with the engineers about your setup, your timeline, and what moving to one platform would actually look like.
